    (540 ml)

    six mixed legumes

  • 1 pkg
    (199 ml)

    corn kernels, drained

  • 3 tsp.
    (45 mL)

    sliced green olives

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    grated mozzarella

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    dressing of choice


Open the tins of legumes and corn, draining them thoroughly.

In a large bowl, mix the legumes, corn, olives and cheese.

Add your favourite dressing and mix the salad well.
