Add all
  • 3.5 kg

    mussels, cleaned

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    white wine

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)


  • 1

    garlic clove, chopped

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)


  • 2

    fresh thyme

  • pepper to taste


In a large casserole, cook the mussels covered with all the ingredients, over high heat.

Stir 7 or 8 minutes during cooking to let the mussels cook thoroughly.

Shell the mussels and set aside.
