Add all
  • 1

    white onion, chopped

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    quartered mushrooms

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)


  • 3/4 cup
    (190 mL)


  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)


  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 packet

    noodles stroganoff side dish

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    sour cream


In a pan, sauté onion and mushrooms in butter/oil 2 to 3 minutes.

Add milk, water, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil.

Add contents of side dish packet. Simmer 7 minutes over medium heat, stirring from time to time.

Remove from heat and add sour cream.

Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
