Ingredients

Add all
  • 2 cups
    (500 mL)

    rolled oats, oatmeal

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    whole wheat flour

  • 1 1/2 cups
    (375 mL)

    wheat germ

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    powdered milk

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp.
    (2 mL)

    salt

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    baking powder

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    chopped prunes

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    peanut pieces

  • 3/4 cup
    (190 mL)

    sunflower oil

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    molasse

  • 2

    eggs

Preparation

Combine all the dry ingredients, prunes and peanuts.

In a large bowl, mix the oil, molasses and eggs.

Fold the dry mixture into the liquid.

Drop from a spoon onto a cookie sheet.

Bake in a preheated 350°F / 175°C oven about 15 minutes.
