Ingredients

Add all
  • 2

    shallots, chopped

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    fresh thyme

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    cream 15%

  • 12

    pecans, halved

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    pitted black olives

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

In a frying pan, cook shallots and thyme 1 to 2 minutes in a butter and oil.

Add the remaining ingredients and simmer 2 to 3 minutes.

Serve on the side.
