    smoked sausages

  • 8

    slices of mozzarella cheese

  • 8

    hot dog buns

  • 240 g

    container of commercial bruschetta mixture

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    green olives, sliced


Preheat barbecue to medium.

Place sausages on the hot barbecue grill and cook 3 to 4 minutes.

Insert slices of cheese in each bun and put them on the barbecue grill.

Cook the buns 1 to 2 minutes.

Put a sausage in each bun and garnish with the bruschetta mixture.

Add sliced olives and serve.
