Ingredients

Add all
  • 250 g

    cream cheese

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    icing sugar

  • 4 tsp.
    (20 mL)

    orange zest

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    orange juice

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    milk

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    liquid honey

  • 7 g

    envelope gelatin diluted in water

  • 1

    graham crumb pie crust

  • 2

    blood orange, peeled, divided into segments with membranes removed

Preparation

Using a hand mixer, beat cream cheese, icing sugar and orange zest together until smooth and fluffy. Add juice, milk and honey, a little at a time. Beat at medium speed for 5 min until mixture increases in volume. Beat in diluted gelatin.

Pour mixture into pie crust, top with orange segments and refrigerate for 12 hrs.

If desired, decorate with fine strips of orange peel.
