Add all
  • marinade:

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    olive oil

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    sesame oil

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    soya sauce

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    balsamic vinegar

  • 2

    green onions, sliced thin

  • pepper to taste

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    sesame seeds

  • 1 1/2 lb
    (680 g)

    round steak, cut into serving-size pieces


Toast sesame seeds gently in a skillet until golden brown. Mix with other marinade ingredients.

Put steak in marinade and let sit at least two hours in the refrigerator.

Pan fry steak on high heat to desired degree of doneness.
