Ingredients

Add all
  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    butter

  • 2*8 oz
    (2*250 g)

    sliced leeks

  • 0.500

    onion, chopped

  • 1

    rib celery, minced

  • chopped chervil to taste

  • 6 cups
    (1 1/2 L)

    vegetables broth

  • 4

    medium potatoes, peeled, washed and cubed

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    15% m.f. old-fashioned cream

Preparation

In a pan, melt butter and brown leeks, onion, celery and chervil.

Add broth and potatoes. Cook 45 minutes.

Run chowder through the food processor. Adjust seasoning.

Add 15% M.F. cream; bring to a boil.

Serve.
