    sherry

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    sugar

  • 1 2/3 cup
    (420 mL)

    whipping cream

Preparation

Cut passion fruit open and remove flesh and seeds.

Gently mix passion fruit flesh and seeds with sugar.

Whip cream.

Serve in fruit cups topped with whipped cream.
