Ingredients

Add all
  • 6 cups
    (1 1/2 L)

    tricolour fusili pasta, cooked

  • 2x6 oz
    (2x170 g)

    pale tuna in water, drained

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    cubed havarti with herbs

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    cubed, seeded cucumber

  • 3/4 cup
    (190 mL)

    diced red pepper

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    kernel corn

  • Dressing:

  • 3/4 cup
    (190 mL)

    olive oil

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    red wine vinegar

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    Dijon mustard

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    chopped fresh oregano

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    chopped fresh parsley

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

In a bowl, mix dressing ingredients together and set aside. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add dressing and toss. Keep refrigerated.
