    pork in small cubes

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/2 tsp.
    (2 mL)

    onion salt

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    oil (non allergenic)

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    brown sugar

  • 28 oz
    (796 mL)

    cubed peach with the juice

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    soya sauce

  • To taste cornstarch


Brown pork in oil with the onion and seasoning.

Add brown sugar, peaches with their juice and soya sauce.

Let simmer slowly for 1 hour.

Thicken if desired with cornstarch diluted in cold water.
