Pears with Shrimp

Add all
  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    light mayonnaise

  • 1/4 lb
    (115 g)

    nordic shrimp, shelled, deveined and cooked

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    lemon juice

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    cayenne pepper

  • dill to taste

  • 28 oz
    (796 mL)

    canned pear halves

  • paprika to taste


Mix mayonnaise with shrimp, lemon juice, Cayenne and dill.

Drain pears well; fill each half with the shrimp mixture.

Sprinkle with paprika. Serve.
