Ingredients

Add all
  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    Maple syrup

  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    brown sugar

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    butter, melted

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    corn syrup

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    grated orange zest

  • 1 pinch

    Salt

  • 3

    eggs, beaten

  • 1 1/2 cups
    (375 mL)

    chopped pecans

  • 24

    3 in. (7 cm) tart shells, thawed

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 °F/190 °C.

In a bowl, mix maple syrup and brown sugar together until smooth.

Mix in butter, corn syrup, zest and salt. Gently stir in eggs.

Divide pecans among tart shells and cover with syrup mixture.

Bake 25 min. or until tarts turn brown.
