Add all

    dry sherry

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    soya sauce

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    peanut oil

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    cider vinegar

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    chopped parsley

  • 1 pinch

    fennel seeds

  • 1

    garlic clove, crushed

Preparation

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Pour the sauce into small individual bowls.
