Pepper Marinade (Hot and Spicy)

Ingredients

Add all
  • 1

    crushed hot pepper

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    olive oil

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    chopped fresh rosemary

  • 1

    clove of garlic, finelly chopped

  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients and pour over the fish.

Cover and let it marinate for at least one hour in the refrigerator.

Afterwards, drain the fillets on absorbent paper.
