Ingredients

Add all
  • 1/2 lb
    (225 g)

    honeydew melon balls

  • 1/2 lb
    (225 g)

    cantaloupe or muskmelon

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    pickled green Madagascar peppercorns

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    balsamic vinegar

  • 4 Tbsp.
    (60 mL)

    Maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    apple juice

Preparation

Cut melons in half.

Using a melon baller, cut melons into balls.

Mix all ingredients together.

Let stand 2 hours before serving.

Serve in chilled sherbet glasses.
