    pink grapefruits

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)


  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)


  • Sprigs of mint for garnish


Peel grapefruit, removing membranes with a small knife. Remove seeds.

Mix grapefruit flesh and sugar in blender and let stand 30 min.

Then freeze mixture for 12 hrs., stirring it from time to time.

Remove granité from freezer and let stand at room temperature for 15 min.

Blend granité again until smooth. Put granité back in the freezer for 2 hrs. then blend again.

Before serving, let granité rest in the refrigerator for 15 min.

Spoon granité into goblets and drizzle with a little vodka.

Garnish with a sprig of mint.
