Pink Salmon Salad

Add all
  • 3 cups
    (750 mL)

    pasta (bows, shells, etc.)

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)


  • 3

    green onions, minced

  • 2 cups
    (500 mL)

    cubed English cucumber

  • 1

    green pepper cut into thin strips

  • 2 x 6 oz
    (2 x 170 g)

    chunk pink salmon, packed in water, drained

  • Salt and pepper to taste


In a saucepan, cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.

In a bowl, mix cold pasta and remaining ingredients together.
