  • 3

    pita pockets

  • Suff. qty of extra virgin olive oil

  • herbs to taste

  • cumin to taste

  • parmesan to taste

  • 1 or 2

    artichoke and spinach dip and greek feta dip


Preheat oven to 190° C (375° F)

Cut pita pockets into triangles

Brush each triangle with oil

Season lightly with herbs, cumin and parmesan.

Place pita triangles on a cookie sheet and bake a few minutes until golden

Serve with dips.
