    12 in. (30 cm) pizza crust

  • topping:

  • 3/4 cup
    (190 mL)

    canned italian tomatoes drained, chopped

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    toupie ham

  • 6

    fillets of anchovies chopped

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    diced smoked caciocavallo cheese

  • 2

    artichokes in oil drained, quartered

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    sliced mushrooms

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    sliced green olives

  • 2

    cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    dried oregano

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    olive oil

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 500°F / 250°C.

Stretch the pizza dough to cover a 12 in. (30 cm) diameter oiled pizza pan.

Top with tomatoes, ham, anchovies, smoked Caciocavallo cheese, artichokes, mushrooms, olives, garlic and oregano.

Drizzle with 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) olive oil.

Bake at 500°F / 250°C about 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven and drizzle with the rest of the olive oil.
