Ingredients

Add all
  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    olive oil

  • 1 lb
    (454 g)

    Quebec pork strips

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    Dijon mustard or honey

  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    balsamic vinegar salad dressing

  • 3 cups
    (750 mL)

    green mesclun salad

  • 1

    asparagus, blanched

  • 1

    endive, with separate leaves

  • 1

    avocado, peeled and sliced

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    cucumber, sliced

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    cherry tomatoes, cut in half

Preparation

Heat oil in a large pan over high heat and brown pork strips. Season.

Add mustard and vinaigrette. Stir to coat the meat and continue cooking for 2 minutes.

Distribute remaining ingredients on the plates.

Place pork over the salad, drizzle with vinaigrette and serve immediately.
