Ingredients

Add all
  • 4

    pork tournedos, 3/4 to 1 in. (2 to 2.5 cm)

  • sauce:

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    olive oil

  • 2

    garlic

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    dry mustard

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    sugar

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    white vinegar

  • 2

    dry shallots, chopped

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    fresh thyme

  • To taste, Salt and pepper

Preparation

Preheat the barbecue to medium.

In a glass bowl, combine all marinade ingredients.

Brush tournedos with sauce.

Grill tournedos about 3 to 6 minutes on each side.

Brush tournedos with sauce during cooking.
