Pork with Sage

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    extra light olive oil

  • 1

    red onion, minced

  • 1

    clove garlic, minced

  • 1/2 tsp.

    dried sage

  • 4

    pork cutlet

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    seeded sliced red pepper

  • 3/4 cup
    (190 mL)

    chicken broth


In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat.

Add onion, garlic and sage; cook until the onion becomes transparent.

Add chops; cook about 5 minutes or until golden.

Add pepper and broth; bring to a boil. Lower heat; simmer about 3 minutes. Serve.
