    vanilla yogurt, 1-2% m.f.

    frozen fruit pieces

  • strawberry smoothie

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    milk, skim or 1% m.f.

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    powdered milk (optional)

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    strawberry yogurt, 1-2% m.f.

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    strawberries (approximately 8)

Preparation
