Provençale Leek Pasta

Add all
  • Sufficient quantity spaghettini pasta

  • 3

    chicken breasts, lime zest

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 7-8

    cloves of garlic, chopped

  • 2

    packages of sliced leeks

  • 1/2 can

    sliced black olives

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    sun-dried tomatoes

  • 1

    package of pesto

  • goat cheese, crumbled to taste


Cook pasta and drain.

Brown chicken in olive oil for 5 minutes.

Season. Add garlic at the minute of cooking. Keep aside.

Brown leeks, black olives and tomatoes 4 minutes.

Add pesto, heat.

Add chicken and pasta.

Garnish with goat cheese. Serve.
