    small new potatoes, cooked

    small pickled onions or other type of pickles

  • small mushrooms and pieces of green peppers, broccoli, cauliflower,zucchini or other vegetables

  • 650 g

    assortment of cheeses such as le chant du coq, raclette, Oka, saint-paulin, gruyere and vacherin


On warming plate of the grill, warm sausages, ham, shrimps and vegetables. In an individual Raclette tray, place a few pieces and cover with a slice of cheese. Heat tray until cheese has melted. Transfer to your plate and accompany with pickles.
