    slices pepperoni

    slices prosciutto

  • 16

    slices salami

  • 16

    slices dry sausage

  • 20

    slices of raclette cheese

  • 8

    spears fresh asparagus

  • 16

    broccoli flowerets

  • 8

    strips sweet red pepper

  • 8

    cauliflower flowerets

  • 1

    baguette

Preparation

Arrange slices cooked ham, pepperoni, prosciutto, salami and dry sausage on a large platter and the other platter, put the tuna scallopini.

In the other platter, add raclette cheese slices.

Garnish with asparagus spears, broccoli flowerets, strips sweet red pepper and cauliflower flowerets.

Grill the cheese with your choice.

Place a baguette of fresh bread on the table.
