    canadian veggie bacon

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    Dijon mustard

  • 6

    slices rye bread

  • 6

    slices swiss cheese

  • 3/4 cup
    (190 mL)



Steam, sauté or microwave Yves Veggie Bacon until heated through.

Spread mustard on bread slices and use 3 slices as bottoms for sandwiches.

Divide Yves Veggie Bacon amongst the 3 sandwiches.

Quickly place cheese on hot Yves Veggie Bacon so cheese melts slightly. If desired, place under broiler for 30 seconds to melt cheese completely.

Divide sauerkraut equally between sandwiches and top with remaining 3 slices of bread.
