Ingredients

Add all
  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    mayonnaise

  • fresh fine herbs to taste

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    dijon mustard

  • 4 cups
    (1 L)

    rice

  • 1 lb
    (450 g)

    tofu cubed

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    celery

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    sliced carrot rounds

  • 3

    shallots

  • 8

    mushrooms sliced

  • 4 Tbsp.
    (60 mL)

    parsley

  • salt and pepper

Preparation

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, fine herbs and Dijon mustard.

In salad-dish, lightly mix in remaining ingredients and add the sauce to the salad.
