Ingredients

Add all

    olive oil

  • 1

    chicken breast roast stuffed with pork

  • 1

    onion, chopped

  • 2

    garlic cloves, chopped

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    reconstituted chicken broth

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    strong mustard

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    thinly sliced mushrooms

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350°F /180°C. In a frying pan, heat the oil. Sear the pork-stuffed chicken on all sides. Add the remaining ingredients. Cover and roast in the oven for 30 minutes.
