    (165 g)

    tin drained tuna

  • 19 oz
    (540 mL)

    tin white beans, rinsed and drained

  • 1

    tomato, chopped

  • 1

    small onion, chopped

  • 0.500

    green pepper, chopped

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    fresh parsley, or 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) dried parsley

  • classic dressing

  • olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    lemon juice or wine vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    Dijon mustard

  • 1

    garlic clove, finely chopped

  • 1/4 tsp.
    (1 mL)

    Salt

  • pepper

Preparation

In a bowl, mix all the salad ingredients.

In a bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients. Pour the dressing over the tuna and bean salad and mix gently.
