    (60 mL)


  • 3

    green onions chopped fine

  • 2 cups
    (500 mL)

    English cucumber

  • 1

    red sweet pepper cut into thin strips

  • 2 x 6 oz
    (2 x 170 g)

    tins of chunk pink salmon packed in water, drained

  • To taste salt and black pepper


In a saucepan, cook farfalle according to package instructions, drain and set aside.

In a bowl, mix cold pasta and remaining ingredients together.
