Salmon Steaks Teriyaki

Add all
  • 1/2 cup

    teriyaki sauce

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    brown sugar

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    aperitif wine (Dubonnet, St-Raphaël, etc.)

  • 6

    salmon steaks


Combine first three ingredients in a large dish.

Add salmon steaks and marinate 1 hour, turning occasionally.

Preheat barbecue or grill pan to medium-hot.

Cook steaks 8-10 minutes, giving them a quarter turn to ensure beautiful grill marks.
