Salmon Steaks with Garlic and Caper Dressing

Add all
  • 3-4

    garlic cloves, chopped

  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    olive oil

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    fresh lemon juice

  • 4 tsp.
    (20 mL)


  • Salt and pepper

  • 4

    fresh salmon steaks


In a bowl, whisk 4 first ingredients together. Season and set aside.

In a skillet, heat oil and cook steaks 3-5 min. per side .

Serve salmon with dressing.

Accompany with vegetables julienne and herbed rice.
