Salmon Steaks with Peaches and Grapefruit Salsa

Add all
  • fruit salsa:

  • 2

    peaches pitted and diced

  • 1

    pink grapefruit peeled, pith removed and cubed

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    canned crushed pineapple drained

  • 2

    green onions minced

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    chopped fresh chives

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    extra virgin olive oil

  • 1

    juice of 1 lime

  • 4

    fresh salmon steaks


In a bowl, mix topping ingredients together. Refrigerate 30 minutes.

In a skillet or on the barbecue, cook steaks 4-5 minutes per side.

Serve salmon with fruit salsa and lemon-pepper pasta.
