Add all
  • 3/4 lb
    (340 g)

    salmon fillets

  • 2x100 g

    atlantic salmon gravlax

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    shallots, chopped

  • 5 tsp.
    (25 mL)

    Dijon mustard

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    fresh dill, chopped

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    lime juice

  • 5 tsp.
    (25 mL)

    extra virgin olive oil

  • salt and ground pepper to taste


Chop both fish separately with a knife.

Mix with remaining ingredients and allow to stand at least 2 hours.

Shape the mixture into thick patties, 1 1/2 po (3,5 cm).

Serve with fresh herbs and baguette slices, lightly toasted.
