Add all
  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    olive oil

    shallots, peeled and cut in four

  • 4

    large potatoes, cooked, peeled and cut in thick slices

  • salt and grounded pepper


In a large pan, heat oil over medium heat.

Cook shallots 2 minutes.

Add potatoes, season well and cook 8-10 minutes.
