Sautéed Shrimp with Red Peppers

Add all
  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    corn starch

  • 2

    beaten egg whites

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    baking powder

  • 1 lb
    (450 g)

    large, peeled and veined fresh shrimp

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    sesame oil

  • 2

    red peppers in thin strips

  • 1/4 lb
    (115 g)

    snow peas


In a bowl, whisk cornstarch, egg whites and baking powder.

Add shrimp and mix.

In a large frying pan, heat sesame oil and quickly sauté red peppers and snow peas.

Add shrimp to vegetables and serve.
