Ingredients

Add all
  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    peanut oil

  • 24

    shrimps (size 21/25), de-veined and peeled

  • 0.500

    red pepper, cut in julienne

  • 0.500

    green pepper, cut in julienne

  • 0.500

    onion, minced

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    garlic, chopped

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    parsley, chopped

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    mirin sauce

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    soy sauce

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    sesame seeds

Preparation

Heat wok and add oil.

Sauté shrimp for 1-2 minutes on high heat.

Add vegetables and cook the same way for 1-2 minutes. Add garlic, parsley, mirin sauce and soy sauce. Finish with the sesame seeds.

Serve immediately.
