Sesame and Ginger Beefsteaks

Add all
  • marinade:

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    sesame oil

  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    soy sauce

  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    white wine

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    brown sugar

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    fresh ginger, chopped

  • 2

    garlic cloves, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    sesame seeds

  • 4

    boneless strip loin beefsteaks


In a bowl, mix all marinade ingredients well. Place beefsteaks in marinade and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Preheat barbecue at medium-high.

Drain the beefsteaks and place them on the oiled barbecue grill.

Cook 3 minutes per side or until meat has cooked to your liking.
