  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    original recipe shake'n bake

  • 4

    boneless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    carrots julienne

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    celery julienne

  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    zesty italian dressing

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    pizza sauce

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    Grated mozzarella


Preheat oven to 400°F/205°C.

Empty Shake'n Bake into a bowl and roll chicken in it. Arrange coated breasts on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.

Cover breasts with vegetables and drizzle with dressing.

Bake 30 minutes. Top with sauce and cheese and bake 5 more minutes to melt cheese.

Serve with mixed vegetables.
