    store-bought angel food cake

  • 2 cups
    (500 mL)

    nestlé strawberry shortcake sundae ice cream, softened

  • whipped cream or frozen whipped cream to taste

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    chopped nuts

  • chocolate shavings to taste

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    sliced fresh strawberries


Slice cake into two equal halves.

Spread softened Strawberry Shortcake Sundae ice cream over one half of cake.

Top with other half of cake.

Cover with whipped cream.

Sprinkle with nuts and chocolate shavings.

Keep in freezer.
