    pink grapefruit, skinned and quartered

    white grapefruit, skinned and quartered

  • 1 lb
    (450 g)

    shrimp, frozen, peeled and cooked

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    finely chopped fresh dill

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Arrange lettuces and parsley on individual plates; garnish with grapefruit quarters; add shrimp to each salad; top with dill. Serve.
