Ingredients

Add all
  • 1

    pomelo peeled, sectioned

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    unsweetened fruit juice

  • 1/2

    lemon, sliced

  • 2

    rosemary

  • 1

    raddichio shredded

  • 1

    bunch parsley

  • 1 lb
    (454 g)

    nordic shrimp

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    finely chopped fresh dill

  • To taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Put pomelo sections in unsweetened fruit juice, lemon slices and rosemary in a bowl. Set aside 20 minutes.

Arrange raddichio leaves and parsley on serving dishes.

Garnish with pomelo sections.

Add shrimp and sprinkle with dill.
