Shrimp and Scallop Bundles

Add all
  • 2/3 lb
    (310 g)

    frozen cooked shrimp thawed

  • 2/3 lb
    (310 g)

    fresh cooked scallops

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    grated old cheddar cheese

  • 4

    scallions, chopped

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    lemon juice

  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    1% plain yoghurt

  • 1/2 tsp.
    (3 mL)

    ground black pepper.

  • 2x1/2 lb
    (2x225 g)

    prepared puff pastry


Preheat oven to 375°F/190°C.

With a knife, finely cut all the shrimps and the scallops.

Transfer all of it in a bowl and add all the other ingredients, except pastry. Mix well

With a rolling pin, roll pastry and cut into 24 squares of 7.5 cm x 7.5 xm (3" x 3").

Spoon about 15 mL (1 Tbsp.) filling per square. Crimp the edges to form a bundle.

Bake at 15 minutes.

Serve hot.
