    chopped fresh dill

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    lemon juice

    large cooked shrimp, tail-on

  • 1

    dill pickle, minced

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    drained, chopped capers

  • Enough leaves of boston lettuce


Whisk mayonnaise ingredients together in a glass bowl, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Arrange lettuce leaves on plates.

Divide mayonnaise among plates and garnish with shrimp.
