Add all
  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)


  • 1/2

    lemon, juice only

  • 1/2 tsp.
    (7 mL)

    black pepper

  • 1/2 cups
    (125 mL)

    frozen peeled cooked shrimp, cut into pieces

  • 6

    lettuce leaves

  • 24

    frozen tail-on cooked shrimp

  • 1

    lemon, sliced


In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and pepper.

Stir in cut up shrimp.

Line six martini glasses with lettuce leaves.

Spoon shrimp mixture into glasses.

Garnish each glass with 4 whole srimp and a slice of lemon.

Refrigerate before serving.
