Shrimp-stuffed Cream Cheese Pears

  • 28 oz
    (796 mL)

    tin pear halves

  • 8 oz
    (250 g)

    cream cheese

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)


  • 4 oz
    (125 g)

    northern shrimp, chopped

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    lemon juice

  • dill weed to taste

  • salt to taste

  • paprika to taste

  • lettuce as needed

  • lemon wedges to taste

  • stuffed olives to taste


Drain pears.

Beat cream cheese and milk until smooth.

Stir in shrimp, lemon juice, dill weed and salt.

Fill cavity of each pear half with shrimp and cream cheese mixture

Refrigerate 20 minutes.

Set pear halves on lettuce leaves and garnish with a lemon wedge and stuffed olives.
