    (225 g)

    cooked Nordic shrimp

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)


  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    lemon juice

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    cayenne pepper

  • To taste chopped fresh dill

  • 28 oz
    (796 mL)

    canned pears, cut in half

  • To taste paprika


Combine shrimp with mayonnaise, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and dill.

Drain pears well and fill each half with shrimp mixture.

Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
